Project: ITEG - Integrated Turbine Energy Generator

Objective: Start a pre-assembly and testing site (procedures and manuals) for the production of axial pumps.

Target: Pipeline/industrial chemical companies, operators in the nautical and aeronautical sectors, hydromechanical companies, financial investors, operators in the AGRO and biogas/biomethane sectors, Oil & Gas.

The project aims to activate a production site, covering everything from design to assembly (for pre-delivery and rapid installation), with the development of procedures tailored to the production agreed upon with the client (based on available products to interface with) and the intended use of its equipment.

The Integrated Turbine Energy Generator (ITEG) is a reversible machine capable of either imparting energy to a fluid or extracting energy from it, depending on whether it functions as a pump or a turbine. The design features few mechanical components (rotor, stator, end caps), which makes it simple and adaptable for various applications.

A key innovation of ITEG compared to similar machines currently on the market is the integration of the motor into the stator, along with the rotor's balance achieved through magnetic bearings.
