The "MBGC Project - Industrial Research and Development" aims to establish a series of biogas plants designed to eliminate organic waste, including manure and trimmings, without incurring disposal costs. The process, termed "linear anaerobic digestion with selective extraction", also provides revenue opportunities through the use or sale of byproducts generated during the process. The project focuses on customizing the biogas plants to fit the size of interested companies.
The entire project is aligned with "Industry 4.0" principles, and the proposing entity is classified as an "Innovative Social Start-up", as documented in the available records. This classification provides significant fiscal benefits for clients, including a 50% tax credit on the provided equipment and reduced IRES/IRAP tax rates for the following year after the equipment is put into operation. As a result, the acquisition is essentially "cost-free" for the client, with automatic tax benefits applied during financial reporting.
